The important line is sharing files. If it says supported, this iPad can attach the stamped PDF straight to an email. If not, the portal will fall back to downloading the file and attaching it by hand — still workable, just slower.

The email address fills the To field on the third button. The share sheet cannot set a recipient — that is a limit of the browser, not a setting, so on Stamp and share you still pick the vet yourself. The phone number is captured for your follow-up records.

This one saves the stamped quote to Files, then opens an email with the subject, body and both CC addresses already filled in. You attach the saved PDF yourself — no email app on any device lets a web page attach a file and set a CC at the same time. Use this when the CC to info@cenquip.com.au matters.
Download this at the end of each day. The list is held in this browser on this device only. A second iPad keeps its own separate list, and clearing the browser's data erases it. It is a working record for follow-up, not a backup — once downloaded, the file is yours to keep.
